KeePassX and iKeepass

i have been using KeyPassX 0.4.3 for a while on my Mac. As well as KeyPass 1.18 on the PC. Compatibility has been very good. I just got an iPhone and put iKeypass on it. I am having trouble getting into the database. Im not sure where the problem lies. I am getting the database on dropbox. When I enter the password for the database nothing happens. I thought I would ask if anyone here is using KeyPassX along with iKeypass and dropbox with success ? If so, were there any caveats ?

there is something wrong with ikeepass, sse its site http://ikeepass.de/ One year ago the author promised a fix as soon as possible... well...

I was successfully using iKeePass. For the "server" you enter the dropbox location (without the keepassdb.kdb) extension, but with the trailing slash. Then click the bottom right "+" sign and type in the database name. That should make it show up in the wheel looking thing. Then click bottom left arrow looking icon to open the db, type password, and it should work.

That being said, there are two keepass apps available that I know of for iPhone: iKeePass and MyKeePass. iKeePass has pretty much no support and is overall and awful app. The author dragged people on for over a year saying he was working on it, complained Apple rejected his app many times, then when it finally got approved we all got to see what a giant failure of an app it was (and likely why Apply kept rejecting!). MyKeePass is a lot better, and you should probably switch to that. Of course, it's author is also stopping dev as far as I can tell.
